Leveraging over 20 years of experience in helping tenant,  Trout Enterprise was incorporated in 2009.

Trout Enterprise derives it income from 4 sources. 

1)  The increase in value of rehab to houses

2) Rental and leasing of houses.

3) Contracting home and business projects.

4) Repair and retail of computers.
